Koz's Harahan
Gary âKozâ Gruenig, a founding father on the New Orleans Po-Boy scene, opened Kozâs Harahan in the fall of 2005. However, Koz began his long career at the age 12 when he started making sandwiches at the Po-Boy Bakery on Franklin Avenue in 1965. Yep, thatâs over 50 years in the art of Po-boy making. Thatâs a lot of Po-boys! Kozâs menu includes: Po-boys of all tastes and sizes, fried seafood, salads and daily plate specials.
