Simon Beck, an original owner of Brown Butter Southern Kitchen and Bar, formed a partnership with Lauren Clayton, who had started as a server and manager at the former location. It is our vision to bring the best of Brown Butter to Old Gretna, and continue on in a relaxed and friendly neighborhood setting.
