Vacation Light Plan
● Duration: 3 to 7 Days
● Price: $85 per day
● Features:
○ Forward your Business Number to a dedicated line
○ Calls are answered between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every day, excluding
Sundays
○ Messages delivered via Google Forms to the designated email address
○ Emergency Messages, delivered by client’s choice - phone or text
message
○ After-hours voicemails will be automatically forwarded to a designated
email address
Vacation Deluxe Plan
● Duration: 3 to 7 Days
● Price: $145 per day
● Features:
○ All Basic Plan features
○ Appointment Booking - with provided software access and complete
instructions
○ Calls are answered 7 days a week between 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
○ A single “Slack” Channel is available upon request for instant
notifications of important information
○ After-hours voicemails are returned by our team and forwarded for your
records
○ General inquiries answered by our staff based on client-provided
information

S.O.L. Plan
Perfect for unplanned emergencies that take you or your support staff away
from your business and may not be requested more than 36 hours in advance.
● Price: $175 per day - 3 day max

● Features:
○ Call answering to begin within 90 minutes for same-day reservations, or
by 8:30 am if booked the day before until 7:00 pm.
○ After-hours voicemails are returned by our team and forwarded for your
records.
○ Messages delivered via Google Forms to the designated email address
○ General inquiries answered by our staff based on client-provided
information

All plans are subject to availability. Vacation plans require a minimum of two weeks in
advance notice of requested days of service. Any Vacation Plan canceled entirely or
shortened 3 days or more in advance: no penalty, 2 days or less: 50% deposit taken
(can be applied towards next reservation). All Vacation Plans may be used twice per
calendar year per client.
